Licences & Approvals

Claire Maston (nee Pendleton) is a qualified Instructor, with the qualification BHS (British Horse Society) AI.

Court Equestrian is licensed by Malvern Hills District Council under the Riding Establishment Acts to keep a Riding Establishment.

The Act requires riding establishments to maintain all facilities to an acceptable standard, and to look after horses and ponies professionally and kindly.

This involves an annual inspection by a Vet and a Council Licensing Officer, who look at all facilities and check each horse and pony carefully.

Court Equestrian is also a member of ABRS - the Association of British Riding Schools
